Information We Collect

• Business Information: Details about your business (e.g. merchant/business name, business type, address, and contact information) when you register or interact with Paycrypt.
• Transaction Data: Information about crypto payments you process (e.g. transaction volume, transaction dates, wallet addresses, crypto asset types, and transaction status) to facilitate and audit payments.
• Technical Data: Technical identifiers collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type/version, operating system, device information, and web request logs. This helps us maintain and secure our systems.
• Usage Data: Behavioral data on how you use our site and platform (e.g. pages viewed, button clicks, features used, and session duration). We use this for analytics and to improve user experience.

Note: We explicitly do not collect or store your personal login passwords or private wallet keys. We require authentication, but passwords are never transmitted to or retained by Paycrypt servers.

• Service Delivery: To set up and operate your merchant account, process payments, verify transactions, and communicate with you about your account.

• Communications: To send service notices, security alerts, or support messages (by email or in-app notifications) regarding your account and our services. We never use your contact data to send unsolicited marketing without your consent.
• Legal Compliance: To comply with laws and regulations (e.g. financial reporting, anti-money laundering/KYC obligations) and respond to lawful requests from government or law enforcement.

All uses of your information are carried out in accordance with applicable laws. We do not use your data in a way that is inconsistent with this Privacy Policy.

These can include cloud infrastructure and management services (for example, OpenStack, Prometheus) and payment processing providers. These partners are authorized to use your data only as needed to perform services on our behalf.
• Infrastructure Partners: We use third-party blockchain networks and infrastructure (e.g. the Solana network and other blockchain APIs). Information sent to these networks is necessary to process crypto transactions. While these networks process the data according to their own protocols, they do not receive personal data beyond what is required for transaction settlement.
• Legal and Safety Obligations: We may disclose your information when required by law (such as a subpoena or regulatory request), to protect the rights or safety of Paycrypt, our users, or others, or to enforce our terms of service.

We will never sell or lease your personal information to any third party. As noted by industry best practices, major tech companies similarly emphasize that they do not sell user data. Paycrypt shares data only in the limited ways described above and always under confidentiality.

Data Security

Protecting your data is a priority for us. We use industry-standard security measures, including:

• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser/device and Paycrypt servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS (HTTPS) to prevent eavesdropping. Stored data (such as transaction records) is also encrypted at rest wherever feasible.

• Access Controls: We enforce strict access controls internally. Employees and third parties only receive the minimal data necessary to perform their job. Regular audits and monitoring are conducted to detect and prevent unauthorized access.

Despite these precautions, no Internet transmission or storage system is 100% secure. As one legal authority notes, it is "possible…for someone to intercept the transfer of information…as no Internet transmission is fully secure". We continually review and update our security practices, but we cannot guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to protect your account (e.g. by using strong passwords on your own accounts and devices).

Data Retention and Deletion

Any requests to delete merchant business information, transaction logs, or usage data will be processed promptly.

Third-Party Services and Links

Paycrypt may provide links to external websites or integrate third-party tools (such as blockchain explorers or analytics platforms). These third-party services are not governed by this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external websites or blockchain platforms. For example, transactions on the Solana blockchain are subject to Solana's protocols, and we recommend reviewing their privacy terms. You should exercise caution and review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with Paycrypt.

Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to privacy or data will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts. Paycrypt adheres to Indian statutes such as the Information Technology Act, 2000 (and its rules) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. However, we apply these privacy commitments globally: all users can expect the same protections and user rights regardless of location.
